Early bird registration

Take advantage of Early Bird Registration: participants who register until 26 September 2021 will receive a 10% discount!

For Early Bird registrants, the conference package costs 535,- € incl. VAT (19%) and contains:
  • Two days conference participation
  • Conference material
  • Coffee breaks (both days)
  • Lunch (both days)
  • Social event: Sorbonne campus tour
For those registering after September 26th, the conference package costs 595,- € incl. VAT (19%).

2. Conference Participation

3. Social Event: Sorbonne campus tour

Participants who arrive early can also join us for a mid-morning student-led tour of the famous Sorbonne University campus on November 4th (Thursday). The tour is included in the price.

4. Joint Dinner

Conference participants can take part in a typical French dinner on the first day of the conference (04 November). The dinner will take place at the Brasserie La Coupole and will consist of a three-course menu. The dinner costs 50,- € incl. VAT (19%)

5. Payment

After the online registration, you will receive an e-mail with an invoice from ASIIN within a few days. The full amount has to be paid in Euro by bank transfer. The bank fees have to be paid and taken care of by the participants themselves. Once we receive the amount due, you will receive your registration confirmation.

6. Refund Policy

No refunds will be made after 16 September 2021. An 80% refund will be given for cancellations received by 16 September 2021, if a request is received in written form by ASIIN. All refund requests must be submitted to woerhoff[at]asiin[dot]de. No refunds will be made for no-shows. In case you will not be able to attend the conference it is possible to send someone else on your behalf if you inform us by 26 October 2021 at the latest. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
