In the following you can find all necessary information on the registration and fees for the conference:

The conference package costs 595,- € incl. VAT (19%) and contains:
  • Two days conference participation
  • Conference material
  • Coffee breaks (both days)
  • Lunch (both days)
  • Dinner (first day)
  • Social event: Dresden city tour

3. Social Event: Guided City Tour through Dresden

Those arriving early can join a guided city tour through Dresden in the afternoon of 08 December free of charge.

4. Joint Dinner

Conference participants can join a typical German dinner on the first day of the conference (09 December). The dinner will take place in the traditional German restaurant “Pulverturm”.

5. Payment

After the online registration, you will receive an e-mail with an invoice from ASIIN within a few days. The full amount has to be paid in Euro by bank transfer. The bank fees have to be paid and taken care of by the participants themselves. Once we receive the amount due, you will receive your registration confirmation.

6. Refund Policy

No refunds will be made after 21 October 2019. An 80% refund will be given for cancellations received by 21 October 2019, if a request is received in written form by ASIIN. All refund requests must be submitted to schulz[at]asiin[dot]de. No refunds will be made for no-shows. In case you will not be able to attend the conference it is possible to send someone else on your behalf, but this information has to be sent to us by 30 November 2019 at the latest. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
